Go to Profile→ Settings(click on clog at the top right)→ Under Account Settings
How do I delete my account?
Profile→ Settings→ Delete Account (Bottom of the screen)- Fill out the feedback form and hit ready.
How do I review my email preferences?
Settings→ Email Subscriptions Toggle based on preferences
How do I turn push notifications on or off on Paladin?
Profile→ Settings→ Notifications → Toggle based on preferences
How do I change the time for my daily recommendation push notification?
Daily Recommendations are set for 9am as default, you can change that by heading over to Profile→ Settings→ Notifications → Tap on What time would you like your daily recommendations delivered ? and select your preferred time.
How do I log out of Paladin?
Profile→ Settings→ Scroll to bottom of the screen → Tap on sign out

Where do I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription in your Profile. Depending on where you’ve signed-up and started your Paladin subscription, you will need to go to the same place (mobile app or web app).
If you’ve started your subscription on the website, go to: https://learnpaladin.com/settings.
If you’ve started your subscription on your mobile device (Paladin app), go to Profile > Settings > Manage subscription.
When does my subscription renew, does it auto-renew?
Your subscription is auto-renewed after each billing period (monthly or yearly, depending on the subscription you've chosen). Go to your account settings and you'll see when the next billing date is.
Please note, that if you cancel your subscription it will turn off the auto-renew and end with the current subscription cycle, not immediately.
How can I cancel my free trial or subscription?
Your subscription is managed through the Apple or Google Play stores. To cancel your trial, follow the instructions below.

In case you want to cancel your trial or do not want to renew the subscription, we recommend canceling it at least 24 hours before the trial ends or the subscription renews. Since all subscriptions are handled through Apple and Google Play, we won't be able to refund your payments after your account is billed.
I purchased the subscription, but I’m still on the Free version
Make sure you use the correct account: Double check you are logged in with the correct account or e-mail address. If you are already logged in, go to Profile > Settings, tap on Sign out, and then log back in.
If you purchased the subscription via iTunes or Google Play: Go to Profile > Settings and tap on Restore purchases. This will sync your purchase with our servers and activate your Pro subscription immediately. If it’s not activated, try logging out and logging back in.
If you purchased the subscription through our website: Double check you are logged in with the same e-mail address that you used to purchase the subscription.

How can I get a refund?
Your subscription is managed through the Apple or Google Play stores and so are refunds. To submit for a refund, follow the steps below:

In case you want to cancel your trial or do not want to renew the subscription, we recommend canceling it at least 24 hours before the trial ends or the subscription renews to avoid issues with refunds.
How can I get my invoice?
Your subscription is managed through the Apple or Google Play stores and so are refunds. To submit for a refund, follow the steps below:
Unfortunately, we are unable to generate invoices for in-app purchases - these can only be provided by Google Play or Apple. You can find instructions on how to get your in-app purchase receipts on the Google Play and Apple support pages.
